Model Homes
Our model homes are a great way for you to get an elegant home in far less time. By choosing a model home and letting us know of your desired customizations, we’ll build a home that we know you’ll love. Habico Construction manages all the steps related to the home development project, from the design to the construction of the house. Let us show you how simple it is.
- Get in touch with our team to begin the discussion of your home development project
- Decide where your home will be built (this can be a development property owned by Habico or a vacant lot that you own)
- Select your desired model home from one of our various models
- Discuss financing options with our financing team
- Meet with our designer to choose your outdoor and interior home finishes
- Once all the finishes and details have been worked out, construction begins
- Mid-way through the construction of your home, meet with us for a walk-through
- When the construction is complete, meet with us for a final walk-through and get your keys

Custom Design
Have a dream home in mind that doesn’t resemble any of our model homes? We can make your dream a reality. At Habico Construction, we’re all about getting you a home that meets your tastes and needs. We will build a custom floor plan and get your opinion every step of the way, from finishing materials to flooring, kitchen design, bathroom design, type of heating and unique home features. Anything is possible when you choose Habico for your custom home building. Here’s what you can expect:
- Meet with our team to begin the discussion of your dream home
- Decide where your home will be built (this can be a development property owned by Habico or a vacant lot that you own)
- Tell us more about your vision and desired floor plan
- We will present you with a design based on your vision and get your approval/opinion
- Meet with our finance team to discuss financing options
- Meet with our designer to choose your outdoor and interior home finishes
- Once all the details are finalized, our team will begin building your custom home
- Mid-way through the construction of your home, meet with us for a walk-through
- When the construction is complete, meet with us for a final walk-through and get your keys
- We offer a 12-month quality satisfaction check.
